After 18 months of research and development and testing, the company has completed the research and development and production of the world's first Android version of the mine flameproof and self-safety computer, the mine while drilling measurement pipe, and the measurement software used by the supporting computer, realizing the full coverage of directional drilling equipment.
In 2017, the measurement while drilling device was tested by Fushun Branch of National Safety Standard Inspection Center, and successfully came off the line and was tested in Huajin coking coal and Yangcoal well.
In 2018, the ZYL-15000D dual-tracked, high-torque, high-precision ultra-deep hole fully hydraulic directional drilling rig came off the production line, and was successfully tested in Wangzhuang Mine, Lu 'an Group. In the same year, the company has achieved fine production, equipped with excellent production lines.
In 2019, we will achieve mass production of drilling RIGS, mass production of MWD systems, and start the research and development of wireless MWD systems.
In 2020, the ZYL-20000D double track fully hydraulic directional drilling rig with large torque, which can be used to construct ultra-deep drilling and has self-rescue function will be successfully developed. This drill has stable drilling performance, large output torque, and can be used for high-precision ultra-deep directional drilling. It is an ideal choice for gas extraction construction in soft coal seams. At the same time, "ZYL-20000D type high-power ultra-deep hole directional drilling rig" has been recognized by Shandong Industry Association and experts [Lu Ji Pingzi 2020 No. 73], the drilling equipment technology has reached the leading level in China.
In 2021, ZYL-8500D all-round multi-angle drilling rig was developed and tested. "ZYL-20000D type High-power ultra-deep hole directional drilling rig" has passed the evaluation of the first set of technical equipment in Shandong Province after being examined and approved by Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. In the same year, it was approved as a state-level high-tech enterprise by Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Shandong Provincial Department of Finance and Shandong Provincial Tax Bureau of State Administration of Taxation.
