Product introduction

The YSX20-T borehole is an intrinsically safe device designed to acquire Angle information near the bit. The probe pipe sends the data collected by the attitude sensor to the flameproof and intrinsical safety computer located at the orifice through the cable drill pipe and electronic braid for subsequent data processing and trajectory display by the computer.

Scope of application

1. Widely used in directional drilling construction of mining, coal, petroleum, water conservancy and other industries.

2. Mainly used for measurement and control of near-bit attitude during directional drilling in underground coal mine construction.

Technical characteristics

1. The probe is powered by a hole to avoid battery replacement and ensure the working stability of the measuring probe.

2. Accurate measurement and high precision. The probe adopts a high-precision acceleration sensor with high linearity and good repeatability. The magnetic sensor adopts a traditional fluxgate sensor to ensure the measuring accuracy and stability of the probe.

3. Real-time transmission of measurement data according to the instructions of the hole flameproof and self-safety computer.

4. Long communication distance. By adjusting transmission rate, improving transmission capacity and optimizing algorithm, the signal can be reliably transmitted over long distances.
